This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form offering accommodations for 2 adults, one of which must be 21 years of age
(and 2 children up to 16 yrs. of age). If married, you must travel together.
This offer does not include food, transportation, room taxes, tips, telephone calls or any item of a personal nature.
A US $50 refundable deposit is required and paid when you book your
room with the fulfillment travel center that will handle your reservations. The deposit is refunded to you by the fulfillment
travel center after travel has been completed less a ten-dollar reservation fee.
Once your reservation request has been received, the
fulfillment company will contact you as soon as you are confirmed. Please allow at least two to three weeks for confirmation. Then you will be contacted again with your hotel information.
Your deposit is refundable after your hotel stay is completed. Instructions about receiving your refund can be found in your terms and conditions. This offer does not require a timeshare presentation.
You will have one year from the issue date of your reservation form to travel.
The hotels offered are similar to Holiday Inn and Choice Hotels. Additional nights may be added for a fee depending on availability. The fee will be discussed at the time of reservations.
A fee may apply for additional guests. Additional fees will be determined at the time of reservations. Children rates may be as low as $10 per person. Holiday, peak season and weekend surcharges apply. Taxes are the
responsibility of the traveler. The taxes will vary according to your destination but
are no more than $10-15 per night.
To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $20.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online. Simple redemption instructions are
clearly printed on each certificate.
